  1. Passive Voice – “An autopsy is being performed today by the county coroner.”
  2. Using Numbers – ” The jury reached  its verdict in only thirty (30) minutes.”
  3. Paying attention to what I’m writing – ” The House approved the bill, changing the America(American) system of health care forever. “
